We are pleased to inform you that Mr. Geanderson Oliveira will be appointed Business Director Americas effective 1st of July 2021. In this role, he will succeed Dr. Michael Breitsamer who will retire from this role in the company on the same date. Mr. Geanderson Oliveira will be responsible for the Smit and Codyeco brands of Smit & Zoon in the Americas and closely work with the team which globally leads the recently established Nera brand. He will assume leadership for the Smit & Zoon team, agents, and distributors in the Americas. He has a solid background in chemistry with more than 25 years of experience, working on the development of multiple corporate projects, from diverse construction of Chemical Plants and Operations with emphasis on Business Management. New sales manager for Middle East, Afrika & selected EU countries Johnny Mokbel has joined as per December 1st, 2019 as a new area Sales Manager for Middle East, Africa and selected countries as Greece and Turkey. In Turkey and Egypt Johnny will be the sales manager for the Codyeco brands whereas in other countries Johnny will be the sales manager for both Codyeco and Smit brands for our wet end and finishing product lines.
